You will need:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup white sugar (I use honey)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour (I use spelt flower)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup sour cream
2-3 medium bananas, mashed (I use 3 bananas)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×5 loaf pan.
In a large bowl, stir melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir into batter until smooth. Fold in sour cream and bananas.
Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
